How it works

1. 1Step 1: Send your certificate

   Upload your tax-exempt certificate on our Tax-Exempt Orders page with your organization’s name and the email you use to order.

2. 2Step 2: We update your account

   We’ll mark your account tax-exempt, usually within 1 business day, and future orders won’t be charged tax.

3. 3Step 3: Order as usual

   Please send it before ordering; we can’t refund tax on past orders.
