How do I place an order?

Choose a product, pick your color, and enter how many of each size you need. Then upload your artwork, or choose “Email it later” if it’s not ready. Check out, and within 24 hours we’ll send you a digital proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it. (DTF transfers are the exception: they print exactly as uploaded, without a proof.)

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum on apparel; you can order a single shirt. Stickers start at 10 pieces. The more you order, the less you pay per item (see Bulk Pricing).

Can I mix sizes and colors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Order any mix of sizes for the same design and color, and every size is the same price. Want the design on another color? Add it as a separate item; it still counts toward your bulk discount.

Do you offer tax-exempt orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for schools, nonprofits and other exempt organizations. Upload your tax-exempt certificate on our Tax-Exempt Orders page with your organization’s name and the email you use to order. We’ll mark your account tax-exempt, usually within 1 business day, and future orders won’t be charged tax. Please send it before ordering; we can’t refund tax on past orders.

What file types can I upload?

PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, up to 20 MB. PNG with a transparent background or a vector file (PDF, SVG, AI, EPS) prints best. See our Artwork Guidelines.

I don’t have my artwork ready.

Accepted Answer

No problem. Choose “Email it later” when you order, then upload it any time from your order page or email it to help@inkcraftusa.com with your order number. Your proof and delivery date start once we have it.

When will I get my proof?

Accepted Answer

Within 24 hours of receiving your order and artwork, usually sooner. It arrives by email, and your order page shows a Review proof button. DTF transfers aren’t proofed: they print exactly as uploaded.

Can I request changes to my proof?

Yes, as many as you need. Tell us what to change and we’ll send an updated proof. Nothing is printed until you approve.

What if my approved proof has a mistake?

We print exactly what you approve, so check spelling, colors, sizes and placement carefully. Mistakes in an approved proof aren’t covered by our reprint policy, so take a second look before approving.

Can you help with my design?

Yes. We do free basic cleanup: removing backgrounds, sizing and placement. Need a full redraw or a brand-new design? Email us and we’ll send a quote.

How does bulk pricing work?

No. Every size, from S to the largest we offer, is the same price.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Payment is taken at checkout; if you cancel before approving your proof, you get a full refund.

Within 7 business days after you approve your proof. Your order page shows your delivery date and updates as your order moves along. DTF transfers aren’t proofed: they ship within 4 business days of your order. Have a deadline? Tell us when you order and we’ll let you know if we can make it.

The 48 contiguous US states. We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US, and we don’t offer local pickup.

Every order is printed just for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges. If we made a mistake, a misprint, wrong item or damage in shipping, we’ll reprint it or refund you, your choice.

Use Report a problem above within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and we’ll reply within 1 business day with a free reprint or refund. For DTF transfers, this covers print defects, not errors in the file you uploaded or application issues.

Yes, any time before you approve your proof, for a full refund. Once you approve, your order goes into production and can’t be cancelled. DTF transfers print as uploaded and can’t be cancelled once ordered.
