Free shipping on every order
Every order ships free within the contiguous US. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
- Step 1: Order
Place your order and upload your artwork (or email it later).
- Step 2: Proof
We send a digital proof within 24 hours.
- Step 3: Approve
Review it and approve, or ask for changes.
- Step 4: Delivery
Your order is delivered within 7 business days after you approve your proof.
Business days are Monday–Friday, not counting holidays. The sooner you approve, the sooner it ships. Your order page shows your delivery date and updates as your order moves along.
DTF transfers
DTF transfers aren’t proofed: they print exactly as uploaded, so check your file’s size, spelling and transparency before ordering. They ship within 4 business days of your order, then arrive in 3–4 business days.
Have a deadline?
Order early and tell us your date in the order notes or by email. We’ll tell you up front if we can make it.
Carriers
We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx and choose the best one for your order. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states. We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US. We don’t offer local pickup.
Address changes
Double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us before your order goes into production.
Large orders
Large orders may arrive in more than one box or more than one shipment.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right, including reprinting when needed.
Delays
Weather and carrier delays sometimes happen after a package leaves us. We’ll help track it down.
