What we’ve done

• Every page and form can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and buttons use readable contrast, and text can be zoomed without breaking the page.
• Product images and icons have text alternatives, or are marked as decoration.
• Form fields have labels, and errors are explained in words under the field.
• Pages use headings and landmarks so screen readers can move around them.

We’re still improving

The site doesn’t fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA everywhere yet. Some parts come from other services (Shopify checkout, reviews and payment providers), which we don’t control. We review the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
