Tax-exempt orders
Who qualifies
Resellers (with a resale certificate), nonprofits, schools, churches, government agencies and other exempt organizations.
How it works
- Upload your certificate below.
- We verify it, usually within 1 business day.
- Your account is set tax-exempt for future orders.
We can’t refund tax on past orders, so please send it before ordering.
Net 30 terms
Approved businesses can place orders and pay by invoice within 30 days. Terms are subject to approval.

How long does tax-exempt status take?
Usually within 1 business day after we receive your certificate. Upload it on our Tax-Exempt Orders page.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Send your PO with your quote request or order; approved Net 30 accounts can pay by invoice.
How do Net 30 terms work?
Apply on our For Businesses page; once approved, you can place orders and pay by invoice within 30 days. Terms are subject to approval.
Can you ship one order to multiple locations?
Yes, tell us the addresses in your quote request.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Bulk pricing applies automatically; for large or recurring orders, request a quote.
When will my order arrive?
Within 7 business days after you approve your proof. Your order page shows your delivery date and updates as your order moves along. DTF transfers aren’t proofed: they ship within 4 business days of your order. Have a deadline? Tell us when you order and we’ll let you know if we can make it.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on apparel; you can order a single shirt. Stickers start at 10 pieces. The more you order, the less you pay per item (see Bulk Pricing).
How do I reorder?
Go to Account → Reorder, pick a past order, and adjust sizes or quantities. Your artwork is already saved.
