Most products have a minimum quantity, but if you're looking for a smaller amount, just reach out and we'll see what's possible. For larger orders, we often recommend starting with a small test batch to make sure everything looks perfect before scaling up.

Choose your product, upload your design, and place your order. Our team reviews every design before printing to make sure it works well with the garment and print method. If anything needs adjusting, we’ll reach out or send a proof before production begins.

That’s okay — most designs don’t need to be perfect. We’ll review your file and make sure it’s suitable for printing. If something won’t print well, we’ll contact you before moving forward.
Yes. Reorders are quick and easy. If we already have your artwork on file, you can reorder without starting from scratch.

Returns and Refunds

We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If something isn’t right, our team will work quickly to make it right. This section explains how we handle order issues, reprints, returns, and refunds so you know exactly what to expect.
If something arrives incorrect, damaged, or doesn’t match what was approved, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Because each item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing mistakes. However, if there’s a production error or defect, we’ll take care of it.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a reprint, refund, or store credit. Our goal is always to resolve the issue fairly and efficiently.
If production hasn’t started yet, we’re happy to help with changes or cancellations. Once an order enters production, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Simply contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful and allow us to resolve things faster.
